Payment Method

The payment will be deducted from your iTunes account and will renew weekly or yearly as per your subscription plan.

Auto-Renewal Details:

• The subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before its expiry.
• The renewal fee will be charged within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

How to Check Subscription Status and Cancel Auto-Renewal:

1. Open the "Settings" app on your device.
2. Access "iTunes & App Store."
3. Select your Apple ID displayed on the screen's top.
4. Choose "View Apple ID."
5. If required, sign in.
6. Pick the "Manage" button under the "Subscriptions" section.

You can view and manage your subscription here. Kindly note that to cancel PortalPix Pro, you must do so through your iTunes account settings, not within the app itself. Remember that failure to cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription ends will result in automatic renewal. You may disable auto-renewal through your account settings to avoid this situation. Cancelling an ongoing subscription won't lead to refunds for unused periods.
